This is an all ages event.

Please show up a few minutes early and line-up outside upon arrival. You will be brought in a few minutes before the performance begins.

Please note - ALL of our event end times are only estimates; as some events move faster and some move slower than others. We're unable to hold the artist in the store for long once we move through the line, so please show up on time!

What time does the event end?

You will be given your album when we check you in at the door before the performance.

When do I pick up my album if I purchased priority entry?

You can do that either before we close the store for soundcheck, or AFTER the performance once we bring you back in for the signing portion.

If I didn't buy a priority ticket, but I want to buy the album, when do I do that?

Please note - you will have 30 days after the event to pick up your album if you're unable to make it.
