What do I do when I arrive?

When do I pick up my purchase?

If you purchased in advance: at the event, before the event begins as you are checked in.

What time does the event end?

Please note - ALL of our event end times are only estimates; as some events move faster and some move slower than others. We're unable to hold the artist in the store for long once we move through the line, so please show up on time!

If I can't make it, how long do I have to pick up my purchase?

Please note - you will have 30 days after release day to pick up your record if you're unable to make it.

Is Rough Trade ADA accessible and how do I reach out to make accommodations?
