When purchasing tickets, make sure you select the "Table Seating" ticket type. This is the only way to reserve a table. In order to reserve a specific table (front row, high-top, etc.), you must come in person on the day of show to select your table.
Each of our tables seat 4 people. When you select "Table Seating" tickets, it automatically adds 4 tickets to your order. If you wish to purchase more than one table, click the "+" and that will add 4 more tickets to your order.
Purchasing 4 General Admission tickets, does NOT equate to purchasing a table. Your tickets MUST read "Table Seating."
Purchasing a table is the only way to guarantee seating. General admission is a mixture of seating and standing. General admission seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis and includes bar seats and bleacher seats.
Ticket check-in starts at 5PM on the day of show (4PM on Sundays). This is the time when table selection begins if you have purchased a table, or you can get your place in line if you have general admission tickets.
When you check in with your general admission tickets, you will be given a number that indicates your place in line and therefore the order in which you enter the room once the doors open. You must be present and listening for your number once the doors to the music room open. The door person will call each number a 2-3 times, and if no one steps forward, then they will move on to the next number. Door time is listed for each show on the event page.

Tickets gain you entry to the specific show you have purchased tickets for. Our venue has two shows most nights, and these shows are completely individual to one another. If you wish to attend both shows in one night, you must purchase tickets to each show individually.
We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled - in this instance, details will be communicated via email to the ticket holders. Please be sure you are purchasing tickets to your desired show with the correct ticket type.
