What do I need to bring to get in?
A government-issued, unexpired ID is required for entry. Photos of IDs are not accepted. We are a 21+ venue unless otherwise stated. Please check the show info to verify the age requirement for the event you’re interested in.
Is there seating available?
Our venue is mostly standing-room only with limited seating available on a first come, first served basis.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
All sales are final. However, you can get a refund if:
- You request it within 12 hours of purchase
- The event is rescheduled or cancelled
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No. Outside food and drink are not allowed.
Is there a discount for dining next door?
Yes! Head to Turks Inn, our sister restaurant right next door, and get 50% off your first round of drinks with the purchase of an entrée—before or after your Sultan Room event.
Do I need a reservation at Turks Inn?

What is The Sultan Room’s policy on inclusivity?
We are an inclusive space that welcomes all humans. We do not tolerate hateful words or actions. Anyone not behaving respectfully may be removed.
Is The Sultan Room wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We have entry ramps and ADA bathrooms.

Do you have coat check?
Coat check is open seasonally and closed for summer.
For any Large bags, please expect to have your bag inspected upon arrival. For late club nights and sold out shows, we operate a mandatory bag check.
What is your smoking policy?
There is no smoking allowed, neither analog or electronic, inside The Sultan Room. We do offer a smoking section on our Rooftop for those wanting to do so. You cannot smoke at the bar on the roof, and please be respectful of others enjoying themselves and please dispose of cigarette butts in the correct receptacles.
Is photography allowed?
Non professional photography is allowed in the venue, but please be respectful of the performers and others enjoying the show around you. Flash photography is not permitted. We ask that you take photos from your phone or a simple point and shoot camera for personal use, no professional cameras allowed.
Any content shot with the intent for commercial or promotional use, must be authorized in advance by reaching out to info@thesultanroom.com.
