Most of our shows are all ages, but there are exceptions. DJ nights usually require attendees to be 21+ with a valid ID. Refer to individual listings for specific details.

Professional photography, cameras or recording equipment such as SLR’s, lenses and lighting gear are prohibited. Non-professional photos are cool. Photos are ok within reason, but not to the point where it becomes disruptive to the crowd or performers. If you are attempting to film high-quality content for personal, commercial or promotional purposes, you must be authorized in advance.

Our number one goal is to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time. To help ensure that happens, we encourage you to travel light. All bags are subject to search.

We do not issue refunds or offer ticket exchanges. All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets or for guests who are denied entry due to invalid ID. Event time and lineup are subject to change. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the point of purchase used. Resale of any ticket at a price greater than the original ticket price is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke or reclaim possession of any tickets from the buyer who violates such restrictions

A limited amount of street parking is available near venue on E. Lanvale St. Secure parking is available in the Pay Parking Lot next to the venue at 1706 N. Charles St., with reduced evening rates. Please pay the attendant inside the Charles St. Garage, located across from The Charles Theatre. Covered spaces are also available in the same garage until 12:00 AM.

The venue is one floor with no steps. The bathrooms are in the space and fully accessible. There is limited seating – including bar stools and banquets that are available on a first come first serve basis.
