What are your hours?

We have valet available located directly in front of the Mint. If you choose not to do valet, you can park on Pico Blvd or Crescent Heights at any of the parking meters. The meters are coin operated and cost $1 per hour, but are free after 6pm. The black meters are a 1 hour limit, the green meters in front of the club are a 15 minute limit.

$1 validated valet parking available with proof of food and/or beverage purchase.

Where can I park?

Tickets can be purchased online in advance through DICE or can be purchased at the door on the day of the show with cash or credit card (as long as the show is not sold out).

We do not sell hard tickets to advance shows, the only way to purchase advance tickets is to do so online through our website.

Where can I purchase tickets to your events?

Casually nice or better is what we suggest.

Do you have a dress code?

Yes. As long as you really did leave it with us (and not a different bar) we will still have your credit card / ID on file. Please check our calendar for open dates/times and check with the bartender when you stop by to retrieve your lost card or ID.

I think I forgot to close my tab last night. Do you still have my credit card?

It happens. The best thing for you to do would be to stop by the Mint to retrieve / look for your lost item. You may come by anytime after doors open and one of our staff members will be able to assist you.

What if I left an item at the venue? 

Yes! We are a full-scale restaurant and bar and serve food and drink throughout all of our shows.

**2 Minute Mile** is a pop punk trio that came together at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Through unsynced rehearsals via zoom, facetime, and other platforms, the trio emerged with 13 songs that went onto become 'K-town, 3am' their first album, which they have been promoting via live shows in Los Angeles and nearby cities. The goal is to entertain those who will listen with up beat, short, songs about life through the lense of a punk rocker. @2minutemilemusic

**Malos Adictos|** Formed in 1990 for a school talent show, guitarist Ron, his brother Edwin, Gabriel Moren o, and Sergio Pérez began as Wild Youth, later Winchester, playing covers and original songs. After Gabriel left, Roberto Erazo and Leonardo Contreras joined, transforming the band into Abbadon, a metal group performing at clubs like Whisky a Go Go and the Troubadour. Inspired to create rock in Spanish, Ron and Edwin later founded Sociedad Anónima and, later, Dados por Vivos. Ron continued with Vudú Iguana and then Malos Adictos. Today, Ron, Edwin, Roberto, and José Romero reunite—proving the music never truly stops.

**This Sunday features The Jake Chapman, Mitchell Long, Marlon Martinez Trio playing blues, bebop, and American Songbook tunes in a dynamic and intimate vibraphone, guitar and bass!**

**Jake Chapman** is a vibraphonist, mallet percussionist, pianist, composer, and content creator from Los Angeles. He holds a B.A. in music and computer science from Columbia University, and studied jazz vibraphone at Juilliard. He also studied musical theatre songwriting in the renowned BMI Musical Theatre Workshop. In and out of LA, Jake keeps a busy performing and recording schedule. He has been in a featured artist and clinician at the Wolfgang Schlüter Symposium in Hamburg, Germany and the Festival Internacional de Percussão 2 de Julho in Salvador, Brazil. He has performed at music festivals including the Singapore Formula One Grand Prix, SXSW, Bonanza Campout, and JAS Aspen; at New York venues such as Carnegie Hall, Dizzy’s, Blue Note, and Smalls; and at Los Angeles venues including Catalina, California Plaza, Vibrato, and Sam First. He has shared the stage with artists such as Patrick Bartley, Mary Stallings, and Houston Person. Recently, he has also added climbing gyms to his list of performance venues. In December 2019, he and his family band The Von Chaps performed in 19 concert halls across China. Jake maintains an active social media presence, with over 2 million followers across Instagram (@chappymilkshake), YouTube (Jake Chapman), Facebook (Jake Chapman), and TikTok (@jakechapman). His 2024 single “an angel will be with you shortly” has reached audiences worldwide.

**Mitchell Long** is a guitarist and singer with over 40 years of professional experience playing acoustic and electric guitars and singing in English, Portuguese and Cape Verdean Creole. Mitchell's musical roots are in American Jazz, Blues and Soul but he is widely known for his work in Brazilian, African and other world music styles.(@mlongtones)

**Marlon Martinez** is a virtuoso bassist and composer who has toured with Stewart Copeland, Quatuor Ebène and Wild Up. Marlon studied classical music at the Colburn Conservatory of Music in Los Angeles, and jazz in New York City with Ron Carter. A protégé of Stanley Clarke, Marlon and his big band Marlonius Jazz Orchestra opened for Stanley and Hiromi at BroadStage in 2023. Marlonius Jazz Orchestra performs Marlon's original compositions and revitalizes the music of Billy Strayhorn, including newly discovered masterpieces. Marlon is an authority on Billy Strayhorn, and spoke at the Library Of Congress in 2023 at the Strayhorn Symposium: Known and Unknown. An active Los Angeles studio bassist, Marlon has worked with Justin Hurwitz, Michael Giacchino, Anthony Parnther and John Powell. Marlonius Jazz Orchestra awaits a spring 2026 release of their debut album, produced by Stanley Clarke and features Olivia Kuper Harris.

**Ella Beyer**,a singer-songwriter from Pasadena, CA, signed to Winding Way Records at age 17 in 2020. Growing up in a musical family—her mother, Debra Davis, a singer-songwriter and music professor at LACM, and her father, Dave Beyer, a renowned drummer who worked with artists like Melissa Etheridge, Jim Messina, and Christopher Cross, shaped her musical journey. Inspired by Joni Mitchell and Carole King, Ella's music has garnered a strong following. **Moving Skies |** The band was formed in 2014 and has rocked many venues across Southern California. The band influences are quite eclectic, ranging from the 60's (Bowie, Beatles) to the 80's (The Smiths, Tears for Fears, Kraftwerk), the 90's (Smashing Pumpkins, The Cranberries, Oasis, Type O Negative) and newer musical influences (Jets to Brazil, Smoking Popes). Genre influences of the band range from Rock, Alternative Rock, Electronic Music and Experimental. They released their debut album "Carry On" in 2017 and in 2023 their latest album release, "The Silence is Loud."

**Bren Holmes** was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He was an original member of the Irish rock band The Young Dubliners. In 2020 Bren decided to part ways from the band, in pursuit of a solo career. This is his first album entitled Everything You nEver Wanted. The album contains a mixture of deeply rooted, gritty Americana, timeless rock'n roll, and stripped-down pop, while smacking a bit with a kind of Hibernian melancholy and Irish fighting spirit. Bren has been very lucky to get so many of his super, talented L.A. friends to make Everything You Never Wanted a reality. **Richard T Bear** boasts a career that spans more than 40 years, one that led to a string of solo albums and collaborations with numerous music icons. In 1978, he signed with RCA Records and released his debut album, Red, Hot, and Blue, produced by Jack Richardson (Bob Seger, The Guess Who) that featured Les Dudek, Billy Squier, Paul Shaffer, and The Brecker Brothers. The album spawned the single “Sunshine Hotel.” A remix of the song reached the top five on the world dance charts before becoming the dance staple that it remains today. A second album followed titled, “Bear” that included a rendition of The Rolling Stones’ classic, “Ruby Tuesday” and Captured Alive, a concert recorded in Hamburg, Germany. In 1984, he moved to Teldec Records, which led to the release of “The Bear Truth,” and the Giorgio Moroder produced album “The Runner.”

In 2021, T Bear released his first studio album in 25 years, “Fresh Bear Tracks,” chock full of blues/rock and soulful tracks featuring special appearances by Stephen Stills, Robby Krieger, Edgar Winter, Walter Trout, Laurence Juber (Wings), Denny Seiwell (Wings), Tony Braunagel, Tom Scott, Lenny Castro, and more. Nikolas Takács, also known as **Nico Ross**, is a Hungarian singer, songwriter, and musician celebrated for his distinctive soulful sound and dynamic artistry. Born in 1986 in Galanta, Czechoslovakia, he gained national fame as the X-Factor Hungary runner-up and went on to achieve multi golden and platinum success with his albums. Over his career, he has performed with world-class artists and orchestras, including Aurea, Kirk Whalum, Larry Kimpel, Sheilea and international orchestras. Blending jazz, soul, and pop influences, Nikolas has become one of Central Europe’s most respected vocalists. The Mint, established in 1937, is a local landmark. Many music greats have not only played here, but broke here. Stevie Wonder, Willie Dixon, Natalie Cole, Ray Charles, Leo Nocentelli, Herbie Hancock, and more have graced our seasoned stage.

The venue hosts national and local acts seven nights a week and continues to be a prime location for blues, funk, soul, jam, and a regular Sunday jazz show.

Located in Mid-City LA, the venue has a full bar & food menu and on some nights offers admission to those under 21 (check calendar for details).
