**Fæn |** Monroe, now known as Fæn, is a Nigerian-American that hails from Texas. Music has always been a form of therapy for her since childhood choir days. Growing up in church, she took bass as a second voice and has recently found her way back to singing and performing. Fæn’s draws her inspiration from the likes of Jackie Wilson, Lauryn Hill, Eartha Kitt, D’Angelo, Candi Staton, and Al Green amongst many more. **Joy Green** is a singer from Los Angeles who blends alternative, soul, and bluesy melodies. She was inspired by the music of Billie Holiday, Nirvana and various soul music masters. Her debut single "Breeze" is a heartfelt song about longing and nostalgia. Her music is about connecting with listeners on a deeper level, exploring themes of love, loss, and self-discovery. She's poised to make her mark on the music world.

**Funke Lagoke** is a Nigerian-American from the DMV. She is a classically trained singer that has performed in Operas, concerts, church, shows and stages. Her love for the arts started at a young age. She was involved in Theater, Dance, Modeling and Music. Funke competed on American Idol season 19 and placed in the Top 40. She is also the previous Miss Nigeria USA. Her musical influences range from India.Arie, Sade, Nina Simone, Anita Baker, Toni Braxton and Marian Anderson. She is an educator and an advocate of the Arts. Funke's pursuit in music ranges from Classical, R&B, Jazz, Soul, AfroBeat and Pop. You will be transported back in time to the golden ages of the blues. L.A.'s own blues artists Sharron Moore, Devon Rowland, and Pamela Threats bring the fire, celebrating the influences of Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Tina Turner, and more! The ladies will perform solo, then together for an epic encore!

**Idle Hands** is an L.A.-based blues band of musicians who really dig playing the blues, rock, and rockabilly. **Lily Zager and The Zager Band** are young Los Angeles-based musicians currently attending or recently graduated from UCLA. Lead singer, Lily Zager, a multi-talented singer/songwriter, is a 2023 YoungArts Finalist and is in her second year at UCLA’s Herb Alpert School of Music.After two years of intensive writing and recording, Lily and fellow band member and brother, Jack Zager, have released their debut album, “Blackout”, produced by Jack, also a UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music graduate. Lily wrote and/or co-wrote the nine tracks on the album. The album displays elements of Pop, R&B, and Country giving insight into the mind of a teen in today’s world. @thezagerband

BFH is a pair of talented multi-hyphenates with remote professional careers exploring their true love for music and for each other simultaneously on stage. The Mint, established in 1937, is a local landmark. Many music greats have not only played here, but broke here. Stevie Wonder, Willie Dixon, Natalie Cole, Ray Charles, Leo Nocentelli, Herbie Hancock, and more have graced our seasoned stage.

The venue hosts national and local acts seven nights a week and continues to be a prime location for blues, funk, soul, jam, and a regular Sunday jazz show.

Located in Mid-City LA, the venue has a full bar & food menu and on some nights offers admission to those under 21 (check calendar for details).
