Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible with step free access, although some assistance would be required to enter and exit the venue which is through 2 sets of double fire doors in the bar area. You can add an accessibility ticket onto your original ticket by going to dice.fm/contact.

Is Rough Trade Bristol wheelchair accessible?

Is accessible seating available?

Free PA and Carer tickets can be added onto an existing ticket by reaching out to dice.fm/contact. If possible please request these as soon as possible after purchase of your original ticket to ensure availability. These spots are limited for sold out events.

How do I get a carer/PA ticket?

Unless stated, there is just one set with no support, these are usually shorter than your average headline set. They’re between 30-50 minutes, playing songs from the new release. There is an hour between the door time and the stage time.

How long is the show and is there a support act?

Sometimes this is possible, sometimes not. It all depends on if we have extra stock on the night!

Can I upgrade my CD to an LP or the other way around on the night?

We want everyone to enjoy their moment at these special intimate events. Although this is solely at the discretion of the artist or their management, there may be some cases where they don’t want photos.

If there is a signing at the event, can I have a photo with the artist?

This is purely at the discretion of the artist and management.

If there is a signing at the event, can I bring other stuff to get signed?

Yes! We will always aim to get all event orders signed. Although this sometimes depends on the artist's schedule. We keep event stock for 1 week before returning it to our warehouse. If you can’t pick it up within a week please contact the store of your event.

I can’t attend the show! Can I still get my record signed?

When you arrive, a member of staff will scan your ticket and give you your pre-order upon entry. In some cases the album will be shipped and there will be a print to be signed instead. You won’t be able to collect the album on the way out after the event.

Where do I pick up my album?

The doors and set times are listed on your DICE ticket and on the DICE event. This differs from store to store.

How do I know when it starts?

Unfortunately no, if general entry/free entry tickets aren’t listed there is no way to buy a ticket without an album.

I don’t have a CD/Record player, can I just buy a ticket for the gig?

Defences is an Alternative Metal band hailing from Hertfordshire, UK, featuring Cherry Duesbury (vocals), William Young (keys, vocals), Calum Wilmot (guitar), and Kyle Parke (drums). Known for their powerful sound and emotive lyrics, the band has released three full-length albums, two EPs, and numerous singles. Their music has garnered millions of streams, with high fan engagement reflected in tens of thousands of saves and playlist additions. In 2024, Defences released seven singles from their latest album, Shadowlight, their first under Long Branch Records. The tracks have received extensive support from major DSP playlists and significant airplay, particularly on BBC Radio 1 and Kerrang! Radio.

The Shadowlight era has marked an exciting chapter for Defences, with highlights including their 2024 UK headline tour, a debut European performance at Reeperbahn Festival, and a Germany support tour with Rising Insane. Looking ahead to 2025, the band is set to embark on another UK headline tour.

Dominie Hooper is a London-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist crafting spellbinding music rooted in folklore, ritual, and emotional transformation. Her songs simmer with raw intensity and lyrical barbs, blending growling cello, textured guitar, and collective vocals into something dark, unsettling, and beautiful.

Her debut single for Lost Map Records, Land, produced by Ben Hillier (Depeche Mode, Nadine Shah), is a powerful meditation on healing and self-reclamation. Written while reflecting on her upbringing in the wilds of Dartmoor, the track conjures a landscape of isolation, memory, and grounded magic. “It’s about choosing the path of healing, again and again,” Dominie explains. “Magic, folklore and myth offer archetypes through which we can flip our own script.”

Dominie’s sound draws comparisons to the brooding drama of PJ Harvey and John Parish, the raw emotional weight of Magnolia Electric Co., and the timeless power of Richard & Linda Thompson.

Her commanding voice and blistering live band have already earned her support slots with This Is The Kit, two UK headline tours, and appearances at festivals including Shambala, Deer Shed, and Moseley Folk.

With early support from BBC 6Music, BBC Introducing, Radio 2, and RTÉ 2, plus backing from Help Musicians and PRSF, Dominie is poised for a breakout year. Her upcoming debut album, due for release in Octobrer 2025, promises to deepen the spell. As Under the Radar Magazine put it, “The breadth of her talent is immediately apparent.”

**TIDETIED, formerly known as WHITEHORSE, is the Sheffield-based 5-piece rock band formed in October 2024.**

**After self-releasing their first two singles they quickly caught the attention of BBC Introducing followed by plays on BBC 6 Music, Radio X, and KEXP, and have built their early reputation along with their live shows as a viscerally channelled swirl of feeling marked by poetic lyricism and gripping musicality and mood.**

**Born under the shadows of the disused colliery towers of the north of England, TIDETIED have effortlessly cemented an unapologetic understanding of who they are and what they are not and have already begun to gather momentum and sell out shows.**

Matt Pryor is a household name for anyone attuned to the second and third waves of emo. His genre-defining band, The Get Up Kids, were among a small, legendary group that has shaped the musical landscape for years as well as transcending the genre entirely, finding themselves more at home with an indie sound.

On his latest album, Matt Pryor has presented the world with The Salton Sea, continuing a decades-long love affair with music. The record is laden with his signature style that is deeply rooted in artists like Elvis Costello and The Afghan Whigs. These latest songs have a timeless quality that makes you instantly nostalgic.

Matt Pryor was last seen in Bristol on The Get Up Kids stunning 25th anniversary celebration at the Marble Factory.
