What are the accessible provisions in place at KOKO?

Nouvelle Vague - the renowned bossa nova project founded by Marc Collin, a skilled musician, composer, and producer along with the late Olivier Libaux (Les Objets and Uncovered QOTSA), announce their 2025 worldwide tour to celebrate 21 years since the release of their seminal first album, alongside the launch of their new exciting LP featuring some very special guests, to coincide with their 16 live dates featuring two shows at London’s iconic venue Koko.

Nouvelle Vague has cultivated an ever-evolving sound by hosting a rotating cast of talented female vocalists, including the likes of Camille, Elodie Frege, Melanie Pain, Phoebe Kildeer along with American actress, singer and musician Juliette Lewis and actress, model and singer Vanessa Paradis, who have seamlessly made these vintage tunes their own through their emotive interpretations and personal flair.

The group’s first two albums, Nouvelle Vague (2004) and Bande A Part (2006) defined their unique sound with Bossa Nova versions of New Wave Classics. Their third album NV3 (2009) featured collaborations with Depeche Mode's Martin Gore, Ian McCulloch from Echo and the Bunnymen, Terry Hall from The Specials and Barry Adamson.

Further acclaimed albums were released in 2010, 2016 and 2019 and the band have performed to rapturous audiences worldwide throughout their 19 year career.

The Selecter celebrate the 45th anniversary of their seminal debut album 'Too Much Pressure' with an exclusive London concert at KOKO.

The Selecter feature Pauline Black O.B.E. and Charley 'Aitch' Bembridge. Formed in 1979, The Selecter were one of the original 2-Tone Records artists releasing classic singles - 'On My Radio', 'Three Minute Hero' and 'Missing Words' - all of which charted in the UK. These were followed up in february 1980 with 'Too Much Pressure', the band's debut LP, on 2-Tone Records.

The Hempolics have been described as the "Best new reggae band on the planet" by BBC 6 Music.

Eat Your Own Ears presents Thylacine at KOKO.

Sometimes, you have to uproot yourself to truly align with who you are, and with the world around you.

It’s this guiding principle, one that has served him so well so far, that Thylacine has chosen to follow once again in his creative journey. The artist we’ve traveled with aboard the Trans-Siberian Railway, along the roads of the Andes and the Faroe Islands, and through Turkey where he learned to play the bağlama, has once again stepped away from the familiar patterns of his Paris studio to create Roads Vol. 3.

True to his now-iconic mode of travel, a blazing 1972 Airstream caravan converted into a mobile studio, William Rezé, aka Thylacine, gave himself the most precious resource of all: time. Time that’s so often missing when caught in the grind of touring and routine. Time that allows travel to become a real experience, where intuition can evolve into something bolder, deeper, more original.

This album emerges as a mirror to that astonishing journey, a true creative vertigo born of deep reflection on his craft and how it relates to the shifting balance of the world around him. A new musical odyssey that further defines Thylacine as a profoundly singular artist in today’s landscape.

The double Grammy Award-winning and five-time Brit Award-nominated Soul II Soul play KOKO Camden, an area of London which the band have deep ties to. With huge hits including ‘Keep On Movin’ (which sold over a million copies in the US alone) and the UK number one single ‘Back To Life (However Do You Want Me)’, Soul II Soul progressed from being one of the leaders of the 1980’s warehouse scene to pioneering British black music around the world and securing commercial success for themselves and the huge amount of artists they have influenced.

During the course of their stellar career, the band have sold over 10 million albums worldwide and main man Jazzie B was awarded an OBE for services to music in 2008, as well as winning an Ivor Novello Award for Inspiration, as “the man who gave British black music a soul of its own”.

Bakermat's Circus makes it's Koko debut this New Year's day. A joyous what to start 2026.

The ringmaster of the circus and the powerhouse of feel good house music, Bakermat returns to London to kick off 2026 in spectacular style, and what better setting than the iconic KOKO theatre?

Known for his uplifting blend of soulful house, disco, and sun soaked melodies, Bakermat brings his signature sense of joy and celebration to the dance floor. From sax laced anthems to euphoric vocal moments, expect a night of uplifting energy and pure positivity.

Bakermat now makes his KOKO debut with the circus in tow to start the new year.

Pre-sale goes live November 21st at 12pm, exclusively for those who sign up. This will fly and sign up is essential.

The best party of the year is BACK - and on its biggest stage yet. David Byrne’s Night is the world’s first and only genre-defying celebration of two Scottish icons: Robert Burns and David Byrne (born in Dumbarton—look it up!).

What began as a yearly sell-out at Hackney’s MOTH Club has fast become one of London’s most talked-about nights, with stops at Green Man, Wide Awake, and Rough Trade East along the way. Now the kilts and oversized suits take over Camden’s iconic KOKO on 24th January.

Join Dancing Barefoot and some of London’s finest musicians for a night of David Byrne / Talking Heads / adjacent covers and a proper Burns Night celebration. Hosted by North London drag royalty Ash Kenazi, and soundtracked by rotating house bands featuring members of:
