Hayden Everett

Hayden Everett is a Seattle based folk artist whose unique sound draws his listeners into the awe and wonders of the world around us. He is a multi-instrumentalist and studied jazz piano performance at UCLA. His debut EP was produced in Brooklyn with Jeremy McDonald (Kevin Garrett, Vulfpeck, Beyoncé) in 2019, and featured performances by Charles Myers (Yebba guitarist) and drummer Jordan Rose (Jacob Collier, Theo Katzman, Laufey).

Two tracks from this first EP were featured in ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and the project received praise from Earmilk and Atwood Magazine and radio play from KCRW and Live105. His second EP was released through UK based and Apple Music owned label Platoon, and received press from Wonderland, Ones To Watch, Line of Best Fit, Earmilk, CLASH, Atwood, and more.

Braxton Hicks began when singer/songwriter, Mikey Carnevale (The Frights) had the silly idea of starting a side project that would allow him to write country songs without alienating The Frights fans more than they already claim to have been alienated. A doomed venture right out the gate… Nevertheless, the band developed quickly as Mikey gathered a group of relentlessly talented musicians who play in the likes of fellow San Diego bands Mrs. Magician and Hey Chels.

The roots of these songs can be easily traced to a deep love and curiosity for 1970s country songwriters (Gram Parsons, Waylon Jennings, Townes Van Zandt, etc). And so it was that Braxton Hicks was born and now hits the hard streets of San Diego as the rowdiest country band in town.

Their latest record "All Hat, No Cattle" was produced by Zac Carper of FIDLAR.

Zack Keim

Zack Keim is currently based in Pittsburgh, PA. He has toured the US and Europe in 2022-2024. His second solo album, titled “Battery Lane” will be out in 2025. Keim has shared the stage with acts such as Peter Case (The Nerves/Plimsouls), Calvin Johnson (K Records/Beat Happening), and Matt Costa.

His most recent release “Better Days" is a wistful gem that wrests melodic bliss out of pangs of nostalgia.

Philadelphia's Queen of Jeans return with their latest single, "Karaoke," an anthem that encapsulates the emotions of a breakup and path to finding stability around it.

Produced by indie super-producer Will Yip (Turnstile, Movements, Circa Survive), the song represents a new era for Queen of Jeans, building upon their signature sound of dreamy melodies, captivating vocals, and irresistible hooks.

Queen of Jeans first formed when vocalist/guitarist Miriam Devora and guitarist Mattie Glass grew tired of being tokenized female (and queer) members of their respective bands. With the addition of drummer Patrick Wall, they've brought life to a sonic universe all their own––one that weighs whimsy and vocal theatrics in equal balance with pop rhythm and attitude.

Their discography is still growing but across two albums and several EPs, the Philly trio has already refined and damn-near perfected their process. Working with Will Yip on their last few releases has definitely helped highlight the band's songwriting skills, but it's their chemistry as human beings that truly shines the brightest.

This is an All Ages event.

Folk Bitch Trio—Gracie Sinclair (she/her), Jeanie Pilkington (she/her) and Heide Peverelle (they/them)—are known for enrapturing audiences around their home city of Naarm/Melbourne with sensitive and thoughtful arrangements of three part harmony. What began as an unserious collaboration between three friends has led the trio to share stages with acts such as King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Alex G, Julia Jacklin and Courtney Barnett. The trio manifest a unique kinesiology of relaxed indie-folk with a quietly confident, assured underbelly. Born out of what they describe as a "mutual love for songwriting and truth-telling," most significant to their rise and consistently captivating to their craft is the joy they take in making music together — it surges with the power of friends and collaborators executing a unified vision.

Their brand new single “God’s A Different Sword” follows on from the 2023 released singles “Analogue” and “I Heard”, which Rolling Stone described as “resplendent in gorgeous harmonies and confessional songwriting”, and a triumphant run of shows at SXSW earlier this year.

The trio explain, *“‘God’s A Different Sword’ speaks to relinquishing a pattern, but indulging in the habit ‘just one more time’. The song was produced by us and Tom Healy during a fleeting stop in Auckland, Aotearoa this winter, while we were in town supporting Ben Howard. The lyrics are exasperated and questioning, so we wanted them to be held by instrumentation that is optimistic and open. The video, made by our dear friend Bridgette Winten, shows us gallivanting around our stomping grounds in Naarm, where this song was written and born.”*

Quiet Talkers – The third release from London, Ontario born singer/songwriter Ken Yates.

Reuniting with Jim Bryson, who produced Yates’s 2016 release Huntsville, (which won two Canadian Folk Music Awards for Songwriter of the Year and New Artist of the Year), Quiet Talkers is a dark, introspective step away from acoustic, guitar-driven, folk songs, yet still maintains Yates’ signature guitar style and lyrics that never waste time getting to the point.

Says Yates, “This by far my most personal album to date. I’ve always been better at observing than being a part of the action, so I like to think of this collection of songs as “thoughts from the quietest person in the room”. If Huntsville was about his experiences on the road, Quiet Talkers is about coming home, facing the monsters hiding under the bed – or in some cases, the monsters hiding in plain sight.

Gabe Goodman is a producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. Originally hailing from the suburbs of Boston, he got his first guitar at five years old and immediately began writing songs and participating in the local Guitarmageddon contests at Guitar Center (he never advanced past the entry round). He was even a guest on Bill Cosby’s Kids Say The Darndest Things, performing some of his original work that Cosby himself refers to as “volcanic.”

Goodman’s compass always seemed to point towards the arts. His mom would take shifts off of her job at Old Navy to take him to auditions in New York City, determined for him to find success as a child actor. After playing in bands in high school, he eventually left Brandeis University at age 20 to join 2010s synth-pop act Magic Man, walking out in the middle of a financial accounting final to embark on a summer tour supporting Panic! At the Disco—a sort of Jewish, early-Instagram-era twist on an Almost Famous-style tale. He would eventually move to New York, where he began releasing solo music in 2018 with his somber Dismissing the Gardener, and began working with longtime friend S. Holden Jaffe on his Del Water Gap project. Together, the pair wrote and produced “Ode To A Conversation Stuck In Your Throat,” which became a pandemic-era breakout hit. It was through his work with Del Water Gap that Goodman began to eye a career in production, going on to work with acts such as Maggie Rogers and helming projects for indie darlings such as Field Medic and Anjimile.

Beach Weather is an American rock band based in the fictional town of Beach Weather, U.S.A., and consists of members Nick Santino, Sean Silverman, and Reeve Powers.

Over the last few years, Beach Weather has quickly crossed off some of its bucket list goals. You might have caught the band live on Jimmy Kimmel or experienced their loud live show at BottleRock Napa Valley, Hangout Music Festival, and Shaky Knees, or on tour with the likes of The Beaches and lovelytheband.

Leaving behind the fictional world of their debut album, Pineapple Sunrise, a fictional resort to escape all anxiety & insecurity, the band's sophomore album boasts a more confident approach taking place in the desert, where only the strong survive. The desert also plays a role in the bands start, meeting in Arizona.

"Melt," a 12-song record, captures the maturity, honesty, and storytelling since the band re-sparked their career in the last few years. Following the band's debut full-length, Pineapple Sunrise, which quickly skyrocketed the band with their multi-platinum single, "Sex, Drugs, Etc." that peaked at No. 1 on alternative radio, as well as other tracks such as "Unlovable," "Trouble With This Bed" and "Pineapple Sunrise," the band expanded on their already diehard cult following known as the BWRRC (Beach Weather Rock N Roll Club).

Unlike, Pineapple Sunrise, which was written during the pandemic and thousands of miles away from one other, Melt allowed for all three members to connect down to the minor details. From their shared experiences on the road to the untraditional tracking itself.

Cadence Weapon is Edmonton-born, Hamilton-based rapper, producer, writer and poet Rollie Pemberton. His 2021 album Parallel World won Canada’s Polaris Music Prize.

Pemberton’s music is known for pairing groundbreaking production with incisive, socially conscious lyricism. Pemberton served as Poet Laureate of Edmonton from 2009 to 2011, making him the literary ambassador of his hometown. His poem “The Garden” was incorporated into a bronze sculpture at the Alberta Legislature Grounds in Edmonton in 2018. Pemberton was the narrator and a writer for the VICELAND television series PAYDAY and Mister Tachyon and he has hosted lectures and conducted live interviews for CBC q and Red Bull Music Academy. Pemberton’s memoir called Bedroom Rapper was published by McClelland & Stewart in May 2022 and his newest album ROLLERCOASTER was released on April 19, 2024.
