The London based Mountain Caller, having released with debut album Chronicle I: The Truthseeker in November 2020, have stormed the London prog/post/experimental rock scene and we're excited to have them once again on this tour, originally postponed from Feb 2022.
If one needs a sonic ballpark, think the infectious jamming of Elder and the dynamic cinema-scapes of Mogwai, underpinned by the mantric riffs of Sleep.
Parachute for Gordo combine elements of mathrock and postrock with punky and noisey influences, sometimes abrasive, sometimes euphoric, but always fantastic live. It's a shame they couldn't make the show in Feb 2022, but we're thrilled to be able to host them in September!

Chaos Theory and Portals are proud to present Poly-Math's launch gig for their stunning new album "Zenith".
Brighton band Poly-Math have never stopped reinventing themselves, and now with Chris Olsen on sax and Josh Gesner on keys, they sound bigger than ever before.
Support comes from off-kilter prog legends Thumpermonkey and a rare performance from A Formal Horse.
DJs will keep the vibes glitchy and the beats pouring until 2am.

Portals Festival 2023 is our biggest edition yet.

We're delighted to reveal that we will be expanding and taking over EartH in Hackney for Portals Festival on the 27th & 28th May 2023. We will use the main Hall space (stage 1), EartH Hall (stage 2) and EartH Bar/Kitchen (stage 3).

Featuring 35 artists across 3 stages and 2 days, this makes Portals Festival one of Europe's largest alternative music events. As usual, we will be showcasing the best alternative, experimental, math, prog and post rock around.

 30 more artists still to be revealed.

EartH Hall and Theatre have level wheelchair access with an accessible bar, and have accessible viewing areas.

EartH is a signatory of the Women’s Night Safety Charter and Good Night Out.
