How old do I have to be to enter?
The minimum age to enter is 21 years old. We do not accept any photos of IDs or passports.
Is there a coat check
Coat check is available seasonally and closed in the summer months.
Is there a refund policy
All Ticket Sales Are Final. Once you purchase a ticket, it is non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer
Is the bar wheelchair accessible?
The entrance, exits, bar, dancefloor, and bathroom are wheelchair accessible. There are two booths in the lounge that are dedicated ADA seating.
