No, you are not permitted to bring your own food and drink. Please bring a refillable water bottle to refill at our water refill stations. We have a full bar and concession stand filled with all the libations you could possibly need.

Where can I put my stuff?

We have lockers available for rental, as well as various hooks and cubbies around the space.

Coat check will be available during large capacity shows.

There is a designated outdoor smoking area during select evenings.

Are there age restrictions or an ID policy?

We are a 21+ venue unless otherwise stated. Please check the event description on Dice to verify the age requirement for the event you’re interested in.

All shows require a valid government-issued photo ID or passport to enter. The ID must be issued by the commissioner of motor vehicles, federal government, any United States territory, commonwealth or possession, the District of Columbia, a state government within the United States or a provincial government of the dominion of Canada. Alternatively, a valid passport issued by the United States government or any other country can be used. We DO NOT accept any photographs of IDs or passports, nor do we accept expired IDs. If necessary, we may request a second form of ID.

For events that are 16+ or 18+, all under age guests must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and both parties must have tickets and a physical photo ID.

All Ticket Sales Are Final: This means that once you purchase a ticket, it is non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer.

Event Details Are Subject to Change: Event details such as the lineup, start time, set times, and stage may change without prior notice. These changes can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Postponement: If an event is rescheduled ticket-holders typically have two options:

Option (a): Keep their ticket, which will be honored at the rescheduled date.

Option (b): Request a refund within 7 dates of the event being rescheduled.

Full Cancellation: If an event is canceled entirely, ticket refunds will be processed automatically. However, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

On Xanadu Club Night, there is a skate session from 7-10pm. At 10pm, the rink closes for skating and opens for dancing.

Can I skate during live shows?

We have pre-show skate sessions prior to most of our non-skating live shows from 6-8pm.

Are there ADA accommodations?

We welcome all bodies in our space. All entrances and spaces within the venue are single-level and there is a wheelchair / mobility aid accessible ramp at the main entrance. Strobe lights may be used during performances and parties.

Please email info@xanadu.nyc when you purchase a ticket for a Xanadu event to discuss your needs and ensure proper accommodations.

Do I have to sign a waiver for this event?

We require waivers for entry into the building whenever skating is happening. If you have completed a digital waiver within the last 12 months, there is no need to complete another. You can fill out your waiver ahead of time at bit.ly/4iQPmHd

We do not require a waiver for no-skate, shoes-only events such as club nights and some live shows.
