**COMFORTS -** Comforts formed in Brighton. Taking inspiration from the likes of Radiohead, Sam Fender, Blossoms, Catfish & Inhaler, the up and coming band has a fondness for indie rock with a twist of polished pop production. Launching tunes with catchy pop melodies, talented songwriting and reverb-soaked guitar lines, they position themselves as one of the most exciting artists to watch for this year. Known for their enigmatic, reverb drenched guitar melodies and effortlessly catchy vocals - Comforts carry the crowd through grand sing-along choruses throughout their entire discography and live shows. Having already gained tastemaker coverage, the band have had a whole host of national radio plays. Making a name for themselves as an exciting live act with sets at Isle Of Wight, The Great Escape, Truck Festival. Recently endorsed by Marshall Amplification and Pirate Studios.

**MATYAS MORICZ & THE ECHOES**

**ALFA NOVA -** Alfa Nova was born on a balmy night in Brighton after an Italo-Disco club night had just finished. A project conceived in 2018 by Hungarian-born Balint and Filipino-born Nick, Alfa Nova is psychedelic disco-infused melancholy.

South London-based, mixed-race musician and songwriter, BANDI composes music of the metaphysical and socio-cultural, bringing elements of personal identity and lived experience into his sonic landscapes.

Growing up, his musicality was conceived through attending church and being immersed in various musical styles and cultures.

BANDI's artistry is a reflection of his endeavours into innovating R&B and his homage to the greats that have inspired him. Today, BANDI plays gigs around the capital whilst delivering the crucial touches to his upcoming sophomore EP.

***Sancho Panza -*** Sancho Panza are Nottingham based Brit Funk five-piece. After releasing their first album the band were praised by Jake Bugg and Jack Saunders when played on BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music. The band offers sleazy groove based tunes.

***PARTICLS -*** Orange satin, mirror ball… boar on the beach, entering space… Here to dance..

Hailing from across the UK and Brazil, London based, six piece outfit PARTICLS comprise a gardener, editor, technician, barman, environmentalist and composer. They bring new tunes and a loving feeling out into the world this Spring 2024.

***Oh Imanuela -*** London based Singer Songwriter, likes to record her music with the windows open. Imanuela toured across USA, Italy, London and TLV. she released her first LP with We Were Never Being Boring label in 2023 and today she is working on her new album.

**Gotobeat** is excited to present **Hot Jaw** (previously known as Degenerate Fanny) live at **The Finsbury** in Finsbury Park on **Friday, January 31st**.

**HOT JAW -** Hot Jaw is a rock band founded by best friends Esme Garlake (lead vocals) and Parisa Shirvani (lead guitar), with Theo Caplan (bass) and John Deeney (drums). Nostalgic, flamboyant, introspective, their music draws upon seventies rock and funk. Hot Jaw’s music is glued together by assertive melodies, lyrical warmth and the occasional harmonic gear shift.

**INCIDENT REPORTS -** Incident Reports is a London based Indie Rock band lead by Lochie Earl - Australian singer/songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist.

Incident Reports, drawing on influences like Radiohead, Gorillaz, and Muse with aims to push the boundaries of alternative pop music with refreshing creativity.

The debut album produced by Richie Kennedy (Interpol/Ride/The Murder Capital/Shame) comes out May 2025.

The band’s name comes from Lochie’s school days, where he received the record number of incident reports for various misdemeanours.

**SLOW MUNITIONS -** Psych-rockers Slow Munitions are:

Drummer Ollie who started out in Ramsgate punk band Few Thoughts; bassist John who’s played with, among many others, ex-members of New Model Army; and singer & guitarist Matthew who first played with Bournemouth grungers Ventral (ventral.co.uk) before then jamming with ex-House of Love bassist Matt Jury in an early incarnation of Slow Munitions.

The flamboyant and androgynous indie-rock singer/songwriter Jonas Hosbond started releasing music under his own name after the split of the band Élise, carrying on the big guitar driven alt-y tunes inspired by the post-punk movement but with a sharper focus on the songs and what they’re trying to say.

After being the multi-instrumentalist force in the studio, and a run of acoustic solo performances, a band has now been put together creating a fresh and energetic sound both live and in future releases.
