Dr. Shirin Khanjani is a Consultant Gynaecologist and accredited subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at University College London Hospital (UCLH). With a PhD in Reproductive Sciences from Imperial College London, Dr. Khanjani brings cutting-edge expertise to her practice. She completed her specialist training at leading teaching hospitals and was awarded an NIHR Academic Clinical Lectureship at Imperial College, where she advanced her research into infertility and strategies to improve IVF success rates.

This January we celebrate a stone-cold classic album that defined a genre, 'The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill'.

Lauryn Hill broke through with the multi-platinum-selling, Grammy-winning group the Fugees. Still, she cemented herself within hip-hop history as a solo artist, with her debut The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

The Testify Gospel Choir will delve deep into her masterpiece with a full gospel rendition of the album from start to finish followed by some of her other solo and Fugees hits too boot.

Expect to hear all the hits; including “Ex-Factor”, “Lost Ones”,” Everything is Everything” & “Doo Wop (That Thing) ” & more as the choir performs 2 live sets alongside their full live band.

Not all emotion regulation strategies are adaptive in every situation, and learning the right techniques for the right moment is key to maintaining balance.

In this talk, we’ll delve into the diverse strategies people use to regulate emotions in their daily lives and uncover the neuropsychological mechanisms that underpin them. We’ll also explore how difficulties in developing these skills can contribute to addictive behaviors and mental health challenges, shedding light on why effective emotion regulation is essential for overall well-being.

Join us this February as we screen the Super Bowl LIX. Live from New Orleans straight to Blues Shoreditch, we’ll be airing the whole game from start to finish on the big screen, including the infamous halftime show, this year headlined by Kendrick Lamar.

We’ll be keeping the kitchen and bar open ‘til the early hours, so you can eat and drink your way through the game on American grill favourites from our menu, including Wings, Burgers, Ribs and more.

We will be taking table reservations for groups of up to 8 people, for just £5 per person. We strongly recommend booking in advance. Hit the button to book.

Kick-off is 11:30pm so we advise arriving before 10.30pm to grab a spot, or miss getting the best view of the big game.
