Known for his vintage-inspired pop and R&B aesthetic, Nick Waterhouse is a songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist whose music recalls the sounds of the 1950s and early '60s while possessing a modern-day level of energy and cool. Waterhouse initially grabbed listeners with his 2011 EP Is That Clear. He has remained a standard-bearer for analog recording techniques, and retro-style, both evident on his subsequent albums, ranging from 2012's Time's All Gone to 2021's Promenade Blue, all issued through the Innovative Leisure label.

And this year Nick has released 'The Fooler', the record ruminates on connection, memory, and the disappearance of place. Definitly one to put at the top of your playlists.

Coeval’s self-titled debut offering is 9 tracks of dark and propulsive instrumentation which burn, crawl, wheeze, and contort; a sonic running of the gamut which synthesises the live, and lived, experience of the group’s past four years. ICHI is the Japanese One-Man-Band dadaist instrument maker, songwriter and performance artist. Releasing music with Pictish Trails ‘Lost Map’ Records,‘Kit Records’ and ‘Sweet Dreams Press’ in Japan. He has performed his hugely unique show to metal heads, grandmas, folkys and crying toddlers across the world including performances at Green Man, Glastonbury, Supersonic as well as an art instillation at End of the Road festival which virilized.

'In Comes I': A Winter Celebration featuring Sam Lee, Alice Zawadzki and Owen Spafford's 'In Comes I'.

'In Comes I' is a personal retelling of the Mummers Play looking at how folk traditions explore themes of death/rebirth, local identity and a cyclical view of time. The piece draws heavily on the folk traditions of Northern England in particular the centuries old custom of 'Mumming' whereby a troupe of local men and women would process through the village performing a folk play at pubs, houses and village greens. These plays involve dancing, music and storytelling and were handed down from performer to performer through the oral tradition.
