In this talk, Freddie Sorensen explains how getting ridiculously depressed was the best thing that ever happened to him. It wasn’t fun, but it was enriching. It allowed him to learn things about himself that he never would have otherwise learned. It made him a better, more useful, more fulfilled person. And it gave him a set of tools to help him get to where he wants to go.

In this talk he explains how darkness still lurks within him but how he manages that, and uses it rather than fights against it. And he talks about the tactics he employs to stay afloat and keep moving in the right direction.

It’s a talk about seeing the good bits about being a bit dark and how that can actually help him shine a light on the world (cheesefest!).

This talk is a follow on from ‘Depression for Beginners’ but you don’t have to have seen the other talks in the series for it to make sense.

Presented by Rebel Lectures.

This is an 18+ event.
