Alexandra Palace Fireworks Festival - Saturday

Once purchased, your tickets will be stored in the DICE app.

It’s really important that you download the DICE app and activate your tickets before you get to Alexandra Palace as you will have very limited phone signal and internet access on site.

We’ll notify you via SMS and push notification as soon as you can activate your ticket on the morning of the event. Please note that you will not be able to send any tickets to friends or family once you have activated the ticket.

As long as you have viewed your tickets once with WIFI ahead of the event, you will be able to view and show them to be scanned.

First, double-check that you have your friend’s number saved to your phone, and that they have a DICE account registered with that number. Tickets can only be transferred between DICE accounts – it’s part of how we keep tickets in the hands of fans, and away from resellers.

Then, just follow these steps.

Open the DICE app. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.

Select the event.

Press Send ticket to a friend.

Select the person you’d like to transfer to from your phone’s contact list.

Then, choose the number of tickets you’d like to transfer, and press Send ticket.

It’s important that you send the ticket before the deadline, which is usually a few hours before the event, but the exact time for this will be shown on your ticket.

Please note that the drone show is at risk of cancellation in poor weather conditions. Cancelling this display will not result in a full or partial refund of any of your event tickets.

All accessible tickets come with a free companion ticket. All companions must be a responsible adult over the age of 21. If you do not have an accessible ticket but require a companion, please contact the Visitor Services team on access@alexandrapalace.com.

All ticket purchases are final and this event is taking place rain or shine. We do have our wait list feature which gets activated when a ticket type sells out.

You can check if the wait list is enabled for your ticket by opening the app and tapping the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.

If this isn’t enabled for your ticket yet then maybe you can find a friend or family member who would like to take this off you and you can simply send them the ticket via the app.

Adult tickets are required for those aged 16 years and over. Child tickets are required for those between 11 – 15 years and 0 – 10 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 and above. ID may be required for adults. Please note that we operate a Challenge 25 policy on all of our bars.

Last entry is 9.05pm on Friday and 8.05pm on Saturday.
