If you have received an invitation from Spotify you have the opportunity to claim a free RSVP spot for the event. This is only a RSVP and does not guarantee you entry to the event. Entry will be first-come first-served and based on venue capacity.

If you successfully book an RSVP to the event, you'll be sent a confirmation email from DICE.

This is an invite and RSVP-only event. If you are found to be breaching any of Spotify’s or DICE’s terms once you have RSVP’d to the event, we reserve the right to revoke your RSVP without warning or explanation.

Each person invited by Spotify is able to claim up to (2) RSVPs. All attendees need an RSVP in order to attend. You and your friend will both need to arrive together to be admitted.

Your invite and your RSVP ticket are non-transferable and cannot be swapped over to a friend.

Yes. If you can't attend the event, please make sure to return your tickets to the Waiting List in the DICE app or website.

If you missed out on tickets, then we'd recommend signing up to the DICE Waiting List, on the event page. If any further tickets become available, you will be notified via Push Notification, or in some cases SMS, and offered a short window of time to secure your RSVP spot!

If the event books out, you'll see the option to join the DICE Waiting List. If this is the case, then you won't have yet managed to book an RSVP ticket and do not hold an RSVP for the event. Keep your notifications turned on to hear from us if more tickets become available.

Sign up to the DICE Waiting List, if any additional tickets are released on the day you will receive an invitation via Push Notification or sometimes SMS. You then need to claim an RSVP to the event. At the venue entry will be first-come first-served for those with a valid RSVP.

The experience is strictly age 18+ years of age or older. Any form of valid government-issued photo ID will be accepted to verify tickets and admittance.

All guests will be required to show a valid form of ID and will be subject to search upon check-in. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing oversized bags to the event.

There will be a coat check available.

Rideshare or Public Transportation is encouraged as there is no parking available at the venue.

This event will be filmed and photographed, and by attending this event, you understand that your likeness may appear in footage and photos that may be shared on Spotify, Budweiser, or artist media channels (such as website, app, or social media).
