Bitterness, belligerence and burnout - let's go back to the start and figure out how to make art from the heart again.

Developing an artistic practice that puts care front and centre. A candid discussion on the ins and outs of an industry built off the back of artists now hellbent on keeping artists out of the driving seat. What needs to change in you to make your working practice healthier, the words you say to yourself kinder, the work you put into the world more accessible? It begins with intentions...

This is not necessarily a workshop for people beginning their journey in the arts but for people who have been making for a little while and might feel lost, stuck or frustrated with where they’re at. It’s the opportunity to engage in creative exercises that will help you examine why you are making art and how you might go about making it in a way that looks after you in the long term.

Build slowly, build surely, build brilliantly...and build with Ben!
