HOW TO BE OK WHEN YOU'RE NOT FEELING OK
Cally will help you explore owning your decisions and the practicalities of your circumstances, with a view to achieving mental wellbeing and balance - without the guilt. The session will focus on areas such as home, relationships, money, self-doubt, isolation, conflicting priorities, ambition, insecurity, values and beliefs. The workshop is designed to help you make positive choices and develop strategies for building resilience. Topics covered will include: impostor syndrome, isolation, stress, boundary setting and committing to meaningful change. A safe, confidential space is offered and this will be reiterated during the session. You may know her as a comedian, but Cally is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and has worked for many years as a coach and facilitator to the great and the good in media, public life and politics. She has for over two decades run popular workshops, development programmes and masterclasses. What we're saying is, she knows her shit.
