BEST MEDICINE PANEL: COMEDIANS TALK MENTAL HEALTH
Six people with an array of experience across the world of comedy discuss mental health, one year to the day after the announcement of the first lockdown in the UK.
Featuring: Ruby Wax (comedian, author, founder of mental health charity Frazzled) Ahir Shah (multiple Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominated comedian) Sarah Pearce (co-founder of Angel Comedy Club and therapist) Benji Waterstones (psychiatrist, comedian and author) Kemah Bob (comedian and presenter) hosted by Martin Willis (comedian and founder of Objectively Funny)
We'll be considering the impacts of the last year, what needs to change in the industry to support mental health and how we can contribute, as well as the impact and expectations of 'sad clowns' and soul-baring Edinburgh shows.
The panel will be held over Zoom, with time allowed for audience questions.
Presented by Angel Comedy & Objectively Funny.
