The Event Services team at DICE ensures that the market-leading standards DICE sets in product design are replicated in the dynamic, real-world environment of live events.

Working closely with the Country Manager, Account Managers and Partner Services teams, the Event Services team will liaise with our venues, promoters and brand partners to ensure that DICE users at shows, club nights and festivals have the very best on-the-day experience.

Reporting to the Country Manager - Spain, this position requires a proven ability to networks both on-site, a strong understanding of technology systems and extensive event operations experience.


  • Lead the Event Services team across Spain and other European locations
  • Provide training on DICE technology and procedures both in the office and on-site, ensuring all our partners receive first-class support
  • Work with account managers to design and support the access strategies at our partner venues and festivals
  • Coordinate box office planning, support, and operations on-site at partner venues and festivals in collaboration with the Ticketing Operations team
  • Work closely with the DICE Product team to build and maintain industry-leading products
  • Provide on-site coordination of event staff


  • 5+ years of experience in event management
  • Fluent in Spanish & English
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond quickly and rationally to any urgent issues
  • An eye for detail and excellent communication skills to make sure everyone knows the vital info
  • Previous experience working with wired and wireless networking tools
  • Track record of managing high occupancy events & festivals
  • Solid understanding of web standards and Apple iOS products
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Excited about problem-solving
  • Experience in access control for festivals is a plus
  • Background in the entertainment industry is a beneficial
