Some call it HR, here at DICE we call it the People Team - we're passionate about finding, growing and developing our amazing people at DICE. As a People Partner you'll report to the Head of People (based in London) and you'll play a proactive and cross-functional role working with all teams. You'll be the first point of contact for all people matters and requirements, bringing a mix of best practice processes, strategic thinking and creativity.

You will have lots of freedom and responsibility and report to the Global Head of People who will support, trust and develop you to grow in your HR career.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR and employee matters providing regular support to managers when needed
  • Manage and coordinate all on-boarding and off-boarding of new starters and leavers
  • Ensure all employee information is kept accurate and up to date at all times
  • With the People Team, work cross-functionally with the wider company on internal people and culture related projects
  • Support our growth and help the team maintain a high performing, high engagement culture as we scale
  • Collaborate with the product managers, providing people leadership and assistance to the incredible Product Team
  • Write and issue employment letters as and when required, including end of fixed-term contract, leaver letters, confirmation of start dates, references etc.
  • Propose solutions to address the exit interview findings
  • Help run our quarterly engagement survey using the tool culture amp
  • Contribute to building on our DICE Development and Wellbeing programmes

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working within a people function HR role for 3-4 years, ideally within a tech company.
  • You love live music and our mission excites you (hopefully you’ve used DICE too)
  • HR degree or equivalent
  • Have a high level of knowledge of up to date employment law
  • Fearlessly yourself and love to help others succeed
  • Exceptionally organised and process driven (even admin is not a chore for you)
  • Problem solver - you think both logically and creatively
  • You throw your all into every task you do
  • You are self-aware and have a high EQ
  • You care about creating a culture and environment that helps people thrive and be effective
  • You want to do something exceptional within your HR career and make an impact
  • CIPD qualification or part qualified is a bonus
