CLARA - SEX, LOVE AND CLASSICAL MUSIC
The life of the greatest romantic woman composer, Clara Schumann, in her struggle to combine a virtuoso career with the demands of her many children after the death of her husband, Robert. A deep yet lighthearted insight into the psychology of a woman having to establish herself among patriarchal tabus in the emerging landscape of concert performers. After four very successful evenings in September, Clara is back at Fidelio Orchestra Cafe for one more show before embarking on a tour to Australia. The show includes live music at the piano as part of the performance.
Presented by Fidelio Orchestra.
