A weekly 1-hour slow flow hatha yoga class combining long holds, nice wiggly movements to work out any kinks, breathing techniques and deep rest, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed and at home within yourself, whilst still working up a bit of a sweat. A great way to end your Monday, and begin the rest of your week!
