Portals teams up with UK Tech-Fest to proudly bring you the tech-metal stylings of Anima Tempo (Mexico) and Project Mishram (India), supported by Maziac.

ANIMA TEMPO is a 4-men mexican band cataloged into the Progressive Death Metal founded in 2010 and signed  by the USA label Famined Records. Anima Tempo has shared stage with bands like BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME (In Mexico, Germany and France), DRAGONFORCE, GALNERYUS, TEXTURES, SABATON, SEPTICFLESH, VEIL OF MAYA, VISION DIVINE, SOILWORK, HYPNO5E, AMORPHIS, PERSEFONE, VOYAGER. 

Anima Tempo has been featured on Wacken Radio, Metal Hammer, Prog Magazine, National Mexican TV, (3 appereances, one of them an special concert on a national cannel), Metal Injection, Mariskal Magazine, Progspace, The Faction Australia etc. 

Project MishraM or simply MishraM are a Progressive Carnatic (South Indian Classical) fusion band from Bangalore. MishraM uses a sharp blend of western genres ranging from Modern Progressive Metal, Djent, all the way to funk, jazz and Electronic infusions, all centered around the intricacies of Ragas, syncopation and math-oriented grooves in Indian classical music. In Sanskrit, Mishram means ‘mix’ and also denotes the number ‘Seven’.

Maziac are a London based prog/alt metal 3-piece for fans of Deftones, Devin Townsend, TesseracT & Tool. Their sound ranges from hook-laden harmonies to crushing tech-metal grooves, supplemented by atmospheric synths and some influences from outside of the rock/metal spectrum.
