Tickets will not be accessible at the time of purchase. All tickets will be digitally delivered to your phone (can activate 2 hour before start date/time). No paper/PDF. Ticket holders will receive their DIGITAL ONLY tickets on this date. Only the live ticket QR code from your DICE app will be accepted at the gate. Screenshots, email confirmation and printouts are not valid.
First, double-check that you have your friend’s number saved to your phone, and that they have a DICE account registered with that number. Tickets can only be transferred between DICE accounts – it’s part of how we keep tickets in the hands of fans, and away from resellers.
Then, just follow these steps.
Open the DICE app. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
Select the event.
Press Send ticket to a friend.
Select the person you’d like to transfer to from your phone’s contact list.
Then, choose the number of tickets you’d like to transfer, and press Send ticket.
Once redeemed tickets are not transferable.

DICE Refund Policy:
An event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If the event has been cancelled, we’ll send you a text to let you know, and automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method – no refund request required. If an event organizer reschedules an event and you can’t make the new date, just request a refund, and we’ll send you back your money.
The event organiser explicitly tells us to refund your tickets.
You offer your ticket up to the Wait List for a sold-out event, and another fan buys it.
The cooling-off feature is active. This means you can receive an automatic refund within 24 hours after the purchase. Request a refund in-app or via dice.fm/refund and if the cooling-off period is active you will receive confirmation of the refund by email and the funds will be back in your account within 5-10 days. Please note that no automatic refunds will be available within 24 hours of the event start time.
In each of these scenarios, we’ll refund the full cost to your original payment method, and the money should hit your account in five to 10 working days.
No! Please only purchase tickets through the DICE. We are not liable for outside ticketing platforms and will deny entry for illegitimate tickets.
