A few years ago Freddie Sorensen was running a successful business and apparently ‘living the dream’. Then he had a nervous breakdown and descended into a pit of psychological hell for a couple of years. It got pretty dark. While he was down there, in the darkness, he had no idea what was going on or what to do about it. Nor did his friends and family who were trying to help him. He wished so badly that he had some kind of ‘Depression for Beginners’ manual written just for him. But there wasn’t one, so he just had to work it out for himself. Which he kinda did. So that’s what this talk is about.

While it's based on his own experience, he’s hoping that anyone who might be trying to help someone who’s depressed, or anyone who thinks they might be depressed and doesn't know what to do, might find it useful.

This is the second in a series of three talks, the first being How I Started a Revolution and the third, Depression for Winners, but you don’t have to have seen the other talks in the series for it to make sense.

Presented by Rebel Lectures.

This is an 18+ event.
