Welcome to The Queen’s Yard Summer Party. A multi-venue celebration of the finest in UK club music - local culture, art, food & drink across Hackney Wick.

After a special 2018 edition, we return on Saturday the 4th & Sunday the 5th of May for another Wick-wide bonanza - this year taking in even more fantastic musical partners, DJs, exhibitors, venues, traders and stalls.

The UK is responsible for some of the most innovative electronic music in the world - we wanted to shine a light on the labels, parties and artists that keep the nation's incredible soundscape constantly ticking, consistently fresh and always boundary-pushing.

No big international headline DJs - it’s all about those label heads, party starters and local heroes - pushing their take on house, techno, disco, drum & bass, UKG, acid house, dubstep and everything in between.

All of this in some of London’s finest party spots across Hackney Wick, think warehouses, taprooms, a terrace, brewery facility, boat, cafe, theatre and maybe even a fridge…

It's not just about the music though - keep em peeled for more info on the one-off programme of arts, food traders, market stalls and talks.

INFO: • Tickets swapped for a wristband at the Wristband Exchange. Wristbands are required to allow entry to all music venues • Once a venue is full, there will be a one-in-one-out policy - please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to see a particular artist! • Due to licensing restrictions, alcohol cannot be taken out / between venues. • Those that are students or low-waged, email us at [email protected] - We will have a limited number of advance tickets for those that qualify.

WHERE IS THE QUEEN'S YARD SUMMER PARTY? The QYSP place across many venues throughout Hackney Wick. All venues are within a 15-minute walk of one another. A full list of venues and a map outlining exactly where each venue is will be published ahead of the event.

WHERE DO I GO TO GET MY WRISTBAND? The wristband exchange is located at 94 Wallis Road, E9 5LN. The wristband exchange will be open from 12.00 and will shut at 00.00.

If you have a ticket for more than one person, we encourage all people attached to that ticket to arrive together. If this isn’t possible, then ensure all parties arriving separately have their individual print out of the ticket.

WHAT TIME DOES THE FESTIVAL START & END? The first performances start at 11:30. We advise heading down early to collect your wristband to avoid queueing. The festival ends at 06:00 Sunday & Monday morning. Please refer to the set times for stage opening and closing times.

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE BY? Your ticket specifies an entry time - it important that you keep to this. Please arrive in good time beforehand - if you are late your ticket is invalid. Provided that we have tickets available on the day you will be able to pay a late entry fee which will make the ticket up to the final entry price.

WHERE DO I FIND THE SET TIMES? Set times will be made available a few weeks before the event. Set times will also be visible at each venue.

HOW DOES VENUE ENTRY WORK? At the wristband exchange ticket-holders will be issued with one wristband which grants entry to every venue.

Tickets are not valid for wristband exchange arrivals after 6pm. Latecomers will be charged a subsidy.

It is not possible to pay for access to individual venues or performances.

We strongly advise that you arrive in good time if there is an act that you really want to watch as we cannot guarantee entry to each venue if it reaches capacity.

SAFETY & WELLBEING: The Queens Yard Summer Party takes a firm stance on any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour. This includes any instances of racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia. If you witness or are affected by any inappropriate behaviour then please report to a steward or member of security.

If you begin to feel unwell at any point or see anyone who appears to be in distress for any reason then please inform a steward or member of security immediately.

Look after yourself and be considerate of those around you.

AGE: All venues are 18+. We will be operating age checks on the door and Challenge 25 will be in operation on all bars.

ACCESSIBILITY: We try to ensure that the event is as accessible as possible. Please contact us to discuss further & apply for Carer's tickets.

WRISTBAND EXCHANGE: 94 Wallis Road, E9 5LN Ticket exchange for all purchased tickets, guestlist & press will take place in the warehouse unit on Wallis Road. The exchange will open at 11:00 and will shut at 00.00. We will be operating this very strictly. We would advise getting down early to avoid any queueing.

Tickets are not valid for wristband exchange arrivals after 6pm. Latecomers will be charged a subsidy.

SEARCH POLICY: Security will be operating searches at all venues. By entering the festival you are consenting to be searched. Security and venue staff reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the festival.

Percolate operates a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs and legal highs. Please do not attempt to enter the festival carrying either as it may result in refusal of entry and/ or police involvement.

Should you do anything to result in your removal from a venue for any reason then you risk having your wristband removed and entry to any other venue declined on the day.

We would also strongly advise bringing as little with you as possible – especially bags. All bags will be searched and even though some of the venues have cloakrooms, bag searches will significantly hold up the entry process.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email: [email protected]
