The Membranes are out of the studio and back on the stage with their biggest London show to date. The band will bring a 20 piece choir to present their acclaimed mix of dark, epic post-punk and exhilarating choral highs which have been a big hit at festivals across the UK and Europe.

Joining them on the bill for the mini-fest will be former frontman with the legendary Crass, Steve Ignorant as well as John Peel faves The Cravats and The Wolfhounds in a celebration of the creative DIY spirit of bands from the post-punk era who operate by their own rules.

From epic choir-driven post-punk songs to dark dub workouts to throbbing dirty disco, dark-wave pulses to grinding heavy bass driven pieces to apocalyptic visions, there's something for everyone on The Membranes' latest record. See this and more as they invite you into their world at Islington Assembly Hall.

Presented by AGMP.
