Little Gay Brother, the queer rave, has released a charity t-shirt with an important message... LOVE IS NOT CANCELLED.

As the events industry shuts its doors, this t-shirt is a rallying call to those who work in nightlife, music, the arts, events and their fans; to look beyond the closures and start to help those most vulnerable within our community, as they are in crisis too.

The queer scene is more than just DJs, music, drag queens and parties; it’s made up of so many incredible LGBTQIA + people who come and support each event. And importantly, our scene would be nothing without those pioneering trailblazers who paved the way for the freedoms we enjoy today. The older LGBTQ+ generation now needs our help.

Little Gay Brother recognises that people are affected everywhere, so they are donating all the profits of this t-shirt to Open Doors London, who support specifically the LGBT+ over 50s. Open Doors London are working tirelessly to make sure the over 50s are getting the shopping they need and have started a new telephone befriending service to make sure the over 50s are not feeling alone whilst isolating. We might not be able to go out at the moment, but we can still show up for the promoters we know and love.

This is a time for us to stand together and support the future of music, arts and culture – promoters all over London need us now more than ever.

We know this is a challenging time for everyone, but if you have anything to spare, every bit helps.

100% of all donations will go directly to the promoter.

Fine print: Please note as the recipient isn’t a charity, you won’t be able to claim this as a ‘charitable donation’ on your tax return. You’re still doing a good thing though!
