After playing in different bands and formations, Arndales members gathered together with one common purpose: being loud. Their new album Shops, released this year, has been lyrically inspired by what their friends overheard while working in retail. It turned out to be a sharpened critic of consumerism. It sounds raw, aggressive, an ugly-good punk rock that will entice the amateurs of the kind.
