Phil Taggart is slapping Slacker on Camden. With a lineup of indie torrent, it's a triple bill selection taking over Dingwalls this December.
With their debut dropped over three years ago, the certified Superfood sounds are some of the most honed around. With their raucous and intensely renowned live shows being one of their biggest pulls, the groove and pure playful indie in their latest drop, Bambino, purely amount to additional excitement. If you're under any doubt, check out track I Can't See to see what's up.
Also on the lineup, vibrant music makers and brother duo, Bad Sounds. Contradictory to name, they are responsible for bringing some of the best sounds to the scene, consistently pushing against boundaries with their hip hop, RnB, indie and trance blend. Latest single, Are you High, offers up an aural experience reminiscent of title. with distortion in the synths, rebellion in the layers and funk in the triggers, it's an extratorrestrial listen and one of their strongest releases yet.
If this were a three-layer trifle, here's the cream. Crafting impressively mature pop lyrics to match his equally-impressive voice, singer-songwriter Will Joseph Cook brings his sparkling live show to Dingwalls, to top off one lit indie line-up.
Don't miss this.
