**Why Khaliq**

From the vibrant talent hub of St. Paul, Minnesota, Khaliq brings a distinctive flow and compelling delivery to the forefront of the city's music scene. Raised in a humble background, his lyricism reflects the challenges of an unstable life, driven by a quest for truth. Khaliq recently dropped his latest EP, "Road Runner," in late November, showcasing his prowess in crafting infectious hooks and unique lyrical abilities over a diverse range of beats. With an unorthodox rap style that sets him apart, Khaliq captivates listeners and leaves them craving more. Rejecting the label of conscious art, his unconventional approach sparks the creation of new genres and flavors, skillfully interweaving vivid narratives and emotional insights.

**Cashinova**

Raised in a family where his Father played in a traditional Cambodian band and his older brother was a Rap Artist in the early Minneapolis rap scene, Cashinova fell in love with music at a very young age. His parents came to America from Cambodia in the early ‘80s as refugees of the Vietnam war - where they lost everything. Like most refugee families, they were placed in a low-income project community in Saint Paul, MN - where Cashinova would be born and raised. He describes his music as a form of “energy” that listeners can consume with their ears. Cashinova creates a captivating sound through bars and melodic flows that’s refreshing for any fan of today’s Hip-Hop, Rap and R&B.
