\- Tickets will go on sale from **3pm BST on 17th October** exclusively via DICE.FM. We recommend opening a DICE account & downloading the app ahead of time.

\- Tickets will be priced at £56.53 = £49 Face Value + £1 WarChild Donation + 8% Booking Fee (£3.92) + £1.50 Restoration Levy + 2% Transaction Fee (£1.11). **NO DYNAMIC PRICING.**

See below terms & conditions to help combat bots, touts & secondary ticket sites, and also manage the very high demand for tickets.

1\. A strict limit of **2 tickets per person / per account** applies.

2\. Tickets must not be purchased with the intention of reselling them for commercial purposes and/or profit. DICE will be proactively monitoring known touting emails & sites.

3\. Only **genuine mobile tickets** will be accepted for entry (we’ll give you full instructions on how to access your mobile tickets after you book). If you purchased more than one ticket, **your guests must be with you at time of entry**. Print outs and/or screenshots of mobile tickets will **not be accepted** for entry.

4\. **You may not resell or offer to resell tickets** for this event through any unauthorised resale site such as Viagogo or Stubhub, or for commercial purposes and/or profit.

5\. Although tickets **cannot be transferred**, if you can no longer use your tickets you may return them via the DICE platform to fans on the waiting list at face value.

6\. Any tickets purchased, resold or offered for resale in breach of these special conditions will be **cancelled and invalidated**.

7\. In the event of any inconsistency between these special conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, these special conditions will apply.

Codes will be sent at 9am Thursday 17th October - 1 code per account. Attempting to add more than 1 code will invalidate the codes.

**ACCESSIBLE BOOKINGS GUIDE**

If you require a ticket within Troxy’s step-free seated accessible viewing area, please purchase **x1 Stalls Accessible** ticket via DICE, then contact the venue’s Access Team at **accesstickets@troxy.co.uk** with a copy of your **booking confirmation** and **proof of eligibility** attached. The venue will then issue a free companion ticket to your account - this is included with the purchase of x1 Stalls Accessible ticket. If you plan on attending with a single companion, please only book x1 Stalls Accessible ticket. Each x1 purchased Stalls Accessible ticket will require proof of eligibility for a separate person.

**Stalls Accessible** tickets are suitable **for customers who require step-free access**, or that need to be situated on the ground floor, but are unable to stand for the duration of the event. Stalls Accessible tickets are limited to x1 per customer, as they come with an additional companion ticket included.

The venue and DICE will be unable to admit customers that do not hold a Stall Accessible ticket to the step-free accessible area following the event going on sale, or to exchange Stalls Standing tickets for Stalls Accessible tickets, as allocation within the step-free accessible area is limited for this event. Stalls Accessible tickets will be sold exclusively via DICE, and will not be bookable over the phone.

The venue accepts any of the following as **proof of eligibility** - other documents will be considered on a case-by-case basis:

- Access Card
- Blue Badge
- Proof of PIP
- Front page of DLA or Attendance Allowance letter

Failure to send proof of eligibility to accesstickets@troxy.co.uk within **7 days** of your booking will result in the **loss of your booking** and the venue refunding your purchase, as step-free accessible tickets are limited for this event.

**FILMING**

Please note that this event will be filmed. By purchasing a ticket to this filmed performance, you shall be deemed to consent to you and any members of your group being filmed, and that the event organisers shall have complete discretion as to the use of any film without any recourse to you or any member of your group.

How do I get a code?

You can buy up to two tickets per person / code. If you buy two tickets you must arrive at the venue together. The lead booker must bring photo ID that matches the name on the ticket. 1 code per account - adding more than 1 code will invalidate the codes.

How many tickets can I buy?

You cannot send a ticket to another person. If you have two tickets you must arrive together. If you can no longer make the show, you can return your ticket to the Wait List for another fan to buy.

Can I send my ticket to a friend?

Any fan that has preordered the album and received a code can unlock the event, and join the Wait List once tickets are sold out.

Who can join the Wait List?

You can unlock the event by entering your unique code after 9am on Thursday 17th October.

When can I unlock the event?

You can unlock tickets by clicking 'unlock' or 'Got a code?' on the event, and entering your unique code. Codes do not guarantee that you can purchase tickets due to the limited capacity of the event.
