In his early teens, he joined ProjecX, a vocal group that performed across the country. Kel soon began to develop as a solo artist and promoted himself on social media. An uploaded clip of Wrong quickly gained popularity on Instagram in early 2019 and reached another level when it became the subject of a dance challenge on TikTok.
