SPEAR OF DESTINY - 'WORLD SERVICE' 35TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT (1985-2020)
Spear Of Destiny first appeared on the scene back in 1983 fronted by Kirk Brandon after the break up of his previous band, Theatre Of Hate.
Their debut album 'Grapes of Wrath' from 1983 featured the anthemic single 'The Wheel'. 1984's follow up LP 'One Eyed Jacks' featured the classic singles 'Prisoner of Love' and 'Liberator' which are live favourties to this day. 1985's 'World Service' cemented the band's reputation and was swiftly followed by 1987's 'Outland' album featuring the top 20 single 'Never Take Me Alive'. In 1987 Spear of Destiny supported U2 at Wembley Stadium.
