JMG Talks are a series of intimate interviews hosted by rising DJ, producer and environmental toxicologist, Jayda G. The event aims to offer young scientists a platform to discuss their recent academic work and their personal journeys leading up to their research. It's about bridging the communication gap between critical work in contemporary science and a broader accessible audience.

This next instalment of JMG Talks will host Alex Cancelli, BEng, MET - a PhD Candidate in environmental toxicology focussed on studying the behaviour of contaminants in treatment wetlands. Alex’s research integrates science, policy, and resource management as he works towards developing wetlands to treat industrial wastewaters, including wastewater from Canada’s oil and gas industry.
