Almost unbelievably, Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures was released forty years ago in June 1979. The recording of this acknowledged masterpiece began two days after the band played their first of two gigs at Walthamstow Youth Centre.

In this unique intimate, enhanced listening event Joy Division and New Order co-founder Peter Hook will be your guide, discussing the album, it's making and history with Dave Simpson (The Guardian) and answering audience questions. BIG.

Presented by These Days.
