Upper Street, London N1 2UD
The late eighties saw the rise of this predominantly pop duo. Bringing a smooth blend of soul, jazz and blues, all irresistibly tied together with a pop prang and still bumped to this day, their initial LP Seduced and Abandoned filled a gap the industry didn’t know it had, cementing their place in the pop evolution.
Their latest release, fourteenth album Pocketful of Stones is the dream duo’s first release since 2012 and not to big them up too much, proves that good things come to those who wait. They do what they do best and provide racy, polished, full pop with smooth vocals and a pristine finish. Bringing soul and jazz into the mainstream music scene once again in a low key and organic way. Buble, you tried.
Don’t miss them mash up the genres live and the infamous Islington Assembly Hall. You know what to do.
Presented by DHP.
This is a 16+ event.
