What began as a side-project, a party band bordering on self-confessed joke, has quickly turned into one of the most audacious, thrilling, and exciting live acts around.
Releasing new record Paper Mâché Dream Balloon in November, the Melbourne septet added to their skewered psychedelic sensibilities. Fun and futuristic, it's a curveball record, set to be loved by fans and critics alike.
But it's live that they really take hold. With two drummers and their very own harmonica player, it's just as much spectacle as it is show, kind of like an outlandish Goat, or Taking Heads with a keg. Don't miss this gig at Electric Ballroom.
