**• There is a 4-ticket limit.**

**• Adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed limits may be unable to purchase or may have any or all their orders and tickets canceled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.**

**• All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.**

**• To purchase advance PARKING the link will be in the confirmation email once you purchase your tickets. Just scroll down in that email and you will see the link to purchase.**

**• Children under 10 may attend for free and do not require a ticket (2 children are allowed per ticketed adult). All children 10 and over will need a General Admission ticket. Children 15 & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Proof of age may be requested.**

**• Tickets will not be accessible at the time of purchase. All tickets will be digitally delivered to your phone. No paper/PDF. Ticket holders will receive their DIGITAL ONLY tickets on July 28, 2023**

**• All 3-day passes may not be split by day. This means you are unable to split a 3-day pass into single day passes and transfer 1 day only to someone else. You will however be able to transfer an entire 3-day pass to someone else at a later date.**

**• Newport Folk is held rain or shine.**

**• Artists are subject to change without notice.**
