Jupiter Rising is a truly intimate festival, with a capacity of just 1000, held in the grounds of Scotland's award-winning and world famous sculpture park Jupiter Artland. Truly a festival location like no other on earth, just 35 minutes south of Edinburgh, and 20 minutes from Edinburgh airport. Stages sit in amongst breathtaking works by the likes of Charles Jencks, Anish Kapoor and Antony Gormley, and a varied music programme is set alongside an equally stunning visual arts lineup which last year featured performances esteemed artists Natasha Lall, Jim Lambie and Mary Hurrell.
Four stages are all dedicated to showcasing exciting, innovative and inspiring artists, and most importantly the whole event is artist led. The 2019 lineup featured The Comet is Coming, Cate Le Bon and The Vaseline among others with the 2020 lineup due in February.
