MEET BABY BRAT…
The musical alter-ego of actress Soma Chhaya. Soma is an actress she known for her lead roles in the Netflix series Degrassi: Next Class and the Oscar nominated film The Breadwinner (produced by Angelina Jolie). Having grown up in the TV and film industry, she’s always felt at the mercy of others to decide which roles and films she get to be a part of. She’d want to act in a raunchy horror film, but then get casted in a hallmark Christmas movie instead…With music, on other hand, she can do whatever the f**k she want.

So she made her dream character to play: Baby Brat.

Baby Brat is power hungry, horny, greedy and narcissistic. Sonically she’s a mix of pop, electronic and punk. Born from musical inspirations like Charli XCX, Ashnikko and Lady Gaga and 2000's pop culture icons like Paris Hilton, Lizzie McGuire and Regina George. She has a glittery glam Y2K aesthetic juxtaposed with aggression. Baby Brat is a mix every hot bitch you’ve ever known.

CyberGirlfriend strives to bridge the gap between comedy/irony and commentary through bedroom pop music! 

almost lifelong cyber friends, Flasch and Kiddest met on a video game forum in 5th grade, and they eventually met in person high school, and instantly recognized each other from a past life. 

saving up all their money from their part-time jobs in high school and college, Kiddest and FLASCH  would plan an annual trip to meet up somewhere random in the world and go on a trip together. they would spend their days writing joke songs, performing street interviews, and bonding over their shared interests in internet
 culture, travel, and humor! 
what started as “just a joke” band, turned into a music project that is going on beyond their wildest dreams. with their song, Every Little Thing spreading on Tiktok and Spotify, has turned CGF’s audience from 20 monthly listeners  to almost 60,000 in one year.
