ABOUT HACKNEY CHURCH
Hackney Church is a stunning Grade II* listed church built in 1792 on the foundation of an existing church dating back to 1275. Our vision is to play our part in seeing a renaissance: restoring lives, revitalising churches and renewing culture.
THE LIGHTHOUSE PROJECT
The Lighthouse Project is a social outreach charity run by Hackney Church that serves the most vulnerable across East London. We provide practical holistic support to our guests, helping in crisis and pointing towards a hope-filled future.
We’ve been feeding, loving and caring for the poor and marginalised in East London since 2016 and since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic we have fed over 140,000 meals. As part of your ticket purchase there is an opportunity to donate to this important work. With you help we can continue to support those most in need.

TOILETS & CLEANING
A thorough cleaning regime will be employed before and after every performance in compliance with the UK government guidance. Due to our distancing measures toilet capacity will be reduced so please be mindful when queuing to use the facilities.
We welcome anyone with accessibility requirements and will endeavour to accommodate any needs you may have. Please get in touch prior to your visit so we can make sure the necessary arrangements are made. For more information please head to hackney.church/hackney-church/
In order for the venue to be Covid compliant we cannot run a cloakroom at this time. To this end you will need to keep coats and bags on your person at all times. Please refrain from bringing bags larger than 30cm x 30cm x 15cm into the building. You may be refused entry if you bring a larger bag. Security measures are in place and your bag may be searched on arrival.
