Someone (the moniker for Dutch/British artist Tessa Rose Jackson) creates a sensuous, playful brand of psychedelic pop music. She fuses it together with the abstract visual art she also makes, welcoming the viewer into her world of sound and vision.

Her first full-length album "ORBIT II" is set for release on April 18th through {PIAS] and is a collection of previously released tracks and brand new ones. It also includes 5 Augmented Reality artworks that come to life when using the free "ORBIT" app.

“I wanted to offer a full emotional spectrum, touching on my insecurities and worries about the future (“Every move you make feels out of line / and these days you get frightened by the weather”), the politics and social issues going on in the world right now (“Move easily, the map before you like a melody, moving blissfully beneath the sheet of truth”) but also the more personal struggles and discoveries that come with being this age. Not all super heavy stuff either. Phone addiction. Boring sex. Stuff you can talk about, laugh about. Maybe cry about."

Presented by Parallel Lines.

This is an 18+ event.
