The inimitable Dee Diggs returns for her residency and has invited the proclaimed ‘Pride of Rotterdam’, Suze Ijò to the Sound Room for her NYC and North American debut.

Dee and Suze met during Dee’s first tour in Europe in August 2019 and have been fast friends ever since. They are Sistas in the Groove and peers who inspire and support each other from an ocean apart. The sonics of the night will reflect this special bond and showcase what Dee, the festivals, and the clubs of EU already know about Suze Ijò.

Her style is dynamic, soulful, engaging, authentic, and expressive. She is a reverent student and lifelong lover of music, a humble, yet hardworking upholder of the culture through her work with United Identities, and a trustworthy selector.

Together, they’ll start with some Disco Fever for good measure, then traverse into the tribal boogie rhythm and cunty House cuts that insight the Queen in all of us to be revealed on the dance floor. Don’t resist the Feminine urge to go Deep.

Follow our lead- and just know you'll be dancing all night long.

We will continue to follow CDC + DOH guidelines along with some additional safety measures to ensure everyone's comfort in the space. PR staff will be tested + masked and we encourage guests to do the same as much as possible [along with showing proof of vaccination + ID for entry as always], to be respectful of those around them, and to remain masked when interacting with staff. We encourage guests to also mask throughout the night except when drinking.

If you have bought a ticket for the night and do not feel comfortable attending, or if you need to stay home, we will honor all refund requests made before the event begins.
