**Neko Ka**
Hi! We’re Neko Kā.

Our members include Maya (vocals), Sauce (guitar), Trance (bass and drums), and Treebeard (keys, synths, and anything that beeps).
Originally founded in 2016, Neko Kā got its name during the pandemic through several rounds of voting. It means Cat Car (ネコカー or 猫カー) in Japanese. One day, we hope to open for Cat Bus from Totoro.

Our music is inspired by the loneliness, isolation, social confusion, and online culture that shapes our generation. This appears in our lyrics: “be the light of my screen,” “for you, I’d break into my reserves of sincerity,” or simply, “I don’t know anything anymore.” It also influences our sound, as we recorded, produced, and mixed our first album remotely from bedrooms across Hawaii, New York, Minnesota, DC, and Pennsylvania. Whenever possible, we hope to connect with others who find music as necessary and transformative as we do.

**Skyler Floe**
Skyler completed his MM in Jazz Studies at Indiana University where he accepted a position as an associate instructor at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music. In 2019, Skyler was one of five trumpet players selected to compete in the prestigious Carmine Caruso International Jazz Trumpet Competition and now resides in NYC as an active freelancing trumpet player. In October of 2021, Skyler released his debut album Abstraction which features all original compositions.

**Luke Waldron**
The in-demand saxophonist, composer and singer-songwriter Luke Waldron was born in Long Island, New York. He first learned of the power of music through growing up in the church. Experiencing the transformative power of music Sunday after Sunday, its ability to change someone’s emotional state, pushed him to take his musical development seriously by starting lessons as early as 8 years old studying saxophone. He graduated from the illustrious Berklee College of Music. While studying, he performed with Sullivan Fortner, Micki Miller, Billy Childs and many others. After earning his degree he went home back home and released his debut single in Feb. 2022, following that in April 2022 he released his debut EP entitled “New Day”.
His influences cover a wide range from John Coltrane to Marvin Gaye, Hiatus Kaiyote to Braxton Cook, and many others. Unbound by genre Luke’s approach to his woodwind artistry is driven by his desire to create a community around his music.

**E L I S H A**
E L I S H A is a 23 year old Jazz pianist/electronic musician from Israel, currently based in New York City.
Originally a classically trained pianist, He attended Ironi Alef School of arts where he fell in love with jazz and popular music.
He worked and collaborated with famous Israeli singers and eventually moved to New York City to attend The New School college for jazz studies.
Currently working on his debut EP, his music is best described as Electronic dance music, with subtle influences of jazz and hip-hop.
