Are pets allowed?
Sadly not at this event.
What is the accessibility like?
-The event is set across 3 floors, in multiple small rooms. We expect it to be very busy and crowded in certain areas at times.
-There is a passenger lift available to all floors EXCEPT the rooftop smoking area
-There are no dedicated accessible toilets
-There is seating dotted around, but not lots of it
-Carer tickets are available- please book your ticket and forward us the confirmation to info@charmskoolshop.com and we'll include a carer ticket on the guestlist free of charge.
Is there a dress code?
No, but we'd love you to come in your fetish finery!
Will there be filming and photography?
Yes, there will. To guarantee total anonymity, please consider wearing something to obscure your face.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
We're unable to offer refunds, but you are welcome to resell your ticket.
